We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items on sale or gift cards are unfortunately not eligible for return.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
